Questions we hear

How much does a waiting room kiosk cost?

Each kiosk is $3,600 one time plus freight shipping. The monthly plan is $39, $59 or $79 per station for 15, 18 or 21 games; with two or more stations every monthly fee is 25% lower. Every plan includes up to 5 health lessons at no extra cost.

What does my staff have to do?

Nothing day to day. The kiosk updates itself and keeps working if the internet drops. Wipe the screen when you clean the waiting room. Branding and game changes are made in the customer portal by whoever you choose.

Is it safe for our network and patient privacy?

Yes. Each kiosk is locked down to reach the internet only, never your office network, printers or computers, and it stores no patient information. The games have no ads, no accounts and nothing to buy.

How is it installed?

The kiosk is a 27-inch touch screen in a real wood cabinet, about 32 by 24 inches, fixed directly to the wall studs, with the computer, cables and power locked behind the front panel. It needs a wall, a power outlet and an internet connection. If the outlet is visible, we ship a childproof outlet cover with it.

How long does delivery take?

Kiosks are built for your practice and ship by freight in about 4 to 6 weeks.

Is it for medical or dental offices?

Both, and any waiting room where children wait: pediatricians, family practices, pediatric dentists, orthodontists and therapy clinics. You choose the games and lessons that fit your patients.

Can we change the games and the look later?

Yes, at any time in the customer portal: the games and their order, up to 5 lessons, your logo, colors, mascot, music, the header design and the "Tap to play" screen. Changes reach the kiosk in about a minute.

Can we cancel?

You can cancel the monthly plan at any time by emailing [email protected]; it stays active to the end of the month you paid for. A kiosk can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund minus shipping and a restocking fee, as described in our returns policy.
